When the crew is on a job they greet the owners in a friendly down home style. They interact with them just as they would family. They also check and double check to make sure they are doing exactly what the customer asked for with no hidden surprises. The owner of the company, Ronnie Coleman will get out and work with his crew as if he was an employee himself, being the owner doesn't allow him t
o take time off and sit back and watch, he works as hard as they do. He stays in contact with the customer and gives them progress updates continuously so they know what is going on. When the job is completed he lets them inspect the job to make sure it is what they asked for. He is fair with is customers because he treats them how he wants to be treated. He listens to his customers as to what they want. He doesn't push things on to them that they don't need. If there is something that needs to be done that they didn't ask for he will tell them, but go into detail and explain why. He is friendly with the customers and is down to earth. The company is small so there is a more of a family feel. Ronnie will stop what he is doing and answer any questions that you may have without hesitation.
