It’s starting off to be a very busy 2026.
If you are looking to build a new home I recommend getting with us or a contractor of your choice a minimum of 8 months ahead of time. Because good builders are booked out that far or farther. Plus it’s nice to take the time to plan out what you want instead of rushing the process . With that said we have room for 1 more home build this fall and 1 next spring.
