A couple of the guys trimmed out 7 windows with a full cased-out design and painted all the new trim. 🪟🎨 We also added crown molding in the dining room.

Two full days at this rehabilitation center 🏗️
Tore off the old siding and sheathing on this whole side, put up new sheathing and siding, and got the awning back on 🔨
Tomorrow we finish the last touch-ups and replace one window 🪟 — then this side is wrapped up ✅

Shower tile is done on this full master bathroom renovation minus side walls of niche! 🚿✨
Next up: bathroom floor tile starts tomorrow and continues through Friday and the first of next week. After that we’ll grout, trim everything out, and paint. Just waiting on the vanity and glass door to finish it off.

Before & after from today! 🛠️👀
First 3 photos = before
Rest = after
Fixed a hole in the hallway ceiling (someone’s foot went straight through it 😂 never ideal), painted the boys’ room the exact blue the customer chose, and turned the second room into a soft pink nursery.
Wrapped the whole thing up in one day. These transformations never get old! 💪

Wrapping it up tomorrow, then once the trim crew is finished we’ll be back on site to paint the interior of this garage 🎨
