When choosing a builder, make sure you ask the right questions! It’s not just about countertops and paint colors. I won’t speak for all builders, but you SHOULD NOT be able to see studs through “sheathing”. As soon as the siding goes up the future buyer of this home (not ours) will never see this. Don’t know what to ask? We can help educate you in order to make an informed decision.

Today at Royal Design Build we are celebrating our fearless leader’s Birthday. Matthew is one of a kind when it comes to fighting for the people he loves and the things he believes in. He is a father, a husband, a leader, a friend and a mentor to name just a few. He keeps all “his plates” spinning…all the while making it look so effortless & easy.
