My dear AC family, I am always happy when one of you buys or sells a home and call us to keep servicing. :-)
Just a bit of info. When you are selling your home remember that showing a Maintenance log to potential buyers lets them know you took care of your A/C System/Systems. Let us know and we will be glad to provide that. We have done that and are happy too.

Also before you buy: having a trusted, experienced AC tech do an inspection is wise and very important. Robert in 35 years in the business has seen just about it all.
The inspector that does the inspection of the whole house may catch some things but a specialist has the tools to inspect deeper.
Just food for thought.
