Total Foam Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Estimating Specialist to join our team.

This position is a mix of sales, estimating, customer relationships, and business development. We’re looking for someone who is confident talking with people, organized, self-motivated, and ready to help grow our relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and commercial customers throughout Middle Georgia.

What you’ll be doing:
• Meet with customers and contractors to discuss upcoming projects
• Visit jobsites, take measurements, and prepare estimates
• Follow up on estimates and help turn opportunities into booked jobs
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, and other industry professionals
• Develop new business throughout our service area
• Work closely with our office and production team to ensure jobs are estimated and communicated accurately

Who we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable visiting active construction sites
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Sales, estimating, construction, roofing, HVAC, building-material, or similar industry experience is a must
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to learn the insulation and coatings industry

Total Foam Solutions is looking to add two dependable, hardworking people to our team:

• Spray Foam Applicator- Experience preferred
• Insulation Technician / Helper- Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

We want to be upfront about the job: this is physically demanding work. Our crews work in attics, crawl spaces, shops, metal buildings and other jobsite environments that can be very hot, especially during the summer. You’ll be on your feet, lifting, moving equipment, climbing ladders and working hard throughout the day.

We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes direction, works well with a crew and understands that construction work isn’t always comfortable. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This position is Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible depending on job schedule. Pay is Based on Experience. Reliable transportation is needed. Will be working in hot, tight, and tall spaces.

Duties include: assisting lead spray foam installer, installing insulation, climbing ladders, prepping, cleanup. Using hand tools & small equipment. Construction experience preferred.

Got a call from a beautiful venue! During the summer time they said it does get pretty warm inside. Building was lined with the thin roll insulation and just wasn’t enough.

After discussions about how much prep and work would need to be done inside being it was all decorated, we decided to go with a spray foam roofing system. This would help inside be able to maintain a more comfortable environment. We went with 1 1/2 - 2” of roofing foam coated with light grey roof coating for protection and waterproofing.

Outside still had its fair share of prep but we got it done!

Finally able to post about this airplane hanger we’ve done! We had to wait for the door to be installed before we could finish!
