We are Growing!
Looking to Hire an Insulation Technician.
This position is Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible depending on job schedule. Pay is Based on Experience. Reliable transportation is needed. Will be working in hot, tight, and tall spaces.

Skills Required for this job: integrity, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, discipline, productivity, accountability, quality work, adaptability, punctuality, & a positive attitude.

Duties include: assisting lead spray foam installer, installing insulation, climbing ladders, prepping, cleanup. Using hand tools & small equipment. Construction experience preferred.
Must be a team player and willing to grow with a small business.

Got a call from a beautiful venue! During the summer time they said it does get pretty warm inside. Building was lined with the thin roll insulation and just wasn’t enough.

After discussions about how much prep and work would need to be done inside being it was all decorated, we decided to go with a spray foam roofing system. This would help inside be able to maintain a more comfortable environment. We went with 1 1/2 - 2” of roofing foam coated with light grey roof coating for protection and waterproofing.

Outside still had its fair share of prep but we got it done!

Finally able to post about this airplane hanger we’ve done! We had to wait for the door to be installed before we could finish!

Returned to this job to finish it out. This customer wanted 5 1/2” on the walls too so that’s what we did! This building is sealed with a nice envelope and ready for the next stages!
