This StableLock Wall System project came together from the shop to the jobsite.

It started by prepping the steel I-beams before the crew brought everything onsite for installation. From there, the team installed the I-beams, rebar, and a new footing to help stabilize and reinforce the basement foundation wall.

Foundation wall problems are not something to ignore. A properly installed wall support system can make a major difference in protecting the structure of the home.

This Vermont crawl space had exposed stone foundation walls, open ground areas, low clearance, and important mechanical equipment running through the space. Our team installed a full crawl space encapsulation system to help create a cleaner, brighter, and better-protected area beneath the home.

Water on the basement floor is never something you want to ignore.

This homeowner in Vermont had water getting into the basement and spreading across the concrete floor near mechanical equipment and storage areas.
