With the cold snap here, do not forget to disconnect hoses from outside spickets if you haven't already, close or block crawlspace vents/accesss holes, open sink cabinets, and let the water trickle in faucets if you've had frozen pipes before, and always remember that paying to have burst water lines repaired is likely more expensive than a higher water bill. Hold tight this weekend and hunker down. God bless!

Happy New Year! With many hickups and unforseen problems in 2025 (two transmissions, swap vehicles, more problems with vehicles and injury) we still made it! We hope everyone is having a great holiday season so far! Extreme winter cold is going to be moving through the area this weekend so please make sure to disconnect your outdoor hoses, open cabinet doors under sinks, and if it is common for your pipes to freeze, open your faucets to a trickle to hopefully prevent a service call or worse. A little higher water bill isn't as bad as calling a plumber. Please be safe out there and have a blessed Holiday Season!
