❄️ Now Hiring: Snow Removal Operators & Shovelers ❄️

Lavish Lawns LLC is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming season. We service commercial and residential clients in Monument, North Colorado Springs, Black Forest, and surrounding areas.

Positions Available:

Plow Truck & Equipment Operators ($22–$30+/hr, depending on experience)
Operate plow trucks, ATVs, and snowblowers. Experience required.

Shovelers / Sidewalk Crew ($20–$25/hr)
Shovel and clear sidewalks and walkways. No experience required—just bring a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

Must be available any time it snows (overnight and some daytime shifts depending on weather).

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Must be punctual, motivated, and ready to work in winter conditions.

Operators: prior experience with plows/equipment required.

Shovelers: no prior experience needed.

Be sure to give your plants enough time to come back this spring. Quite a few trees, shrubs, grasses, and perennials need consistent warm weather to start up in the spring. More of these get ripped out of the ground prematurely each spring as folks see other things greening up. The higher in elevation you live the longer it usually takes. Here are some of the notorious later bloomers. Russian Sage, Butterfly Bush, Pampas Grass, Fountain Grass, Maiden Grass, Leadplant, Hackberry, Ash, Oak, Honeylocust, Weigela, Hydrangea, some Spirea, etc. If we get a late freeze (last year was May 22nd) it takes even longer. A big part of gardening and landscaping in Colorado is patience. Give your plants a chance!
