Emergency Response Logistics (ERL) is currently recruiting qualified Paramedics (EMPFs) for federal wildland fire assignments nationwide. Applications are also being accepted from qualified EMTs, REMS personnel, RNs, NPs, PAs, and Physicians.

With the nation currently at Preparedness Level 5 (PL-5), ERL is receiving ongoing federal resource requests and is seeking experienced medical professionals who are available for deployment.

Estimated Total Compensation for a Typical 21-Day Assignment

EMPF (Single Resource Paramedic)
Approximately $19,900

EMTF (Single Resource EMT)
Approximately $15,700

REMS EMPF (includes REMS differential and sign-on bonus)
Approximately $20,950

REMS EMTF (includes REMS differential and sign-on bonus)
Approximately $16,750

REMS Team Lead (includes REMS Lead differential and sign-on bonus)
Approximately $23,050

RN / NP / PA / MD (includes sign-on bonus)

Additional REMS Incentives

Qualified REMS personnel who meet the FFT1 requirement are eligible for an additional $1,500 completion bonus, bringing total estimated compensation to:

• REMS EMTF — $18,250
• REMS EMPF — $22,450
• REMS Team Lead — $24,550

Good afternoon. Like every other medical company in the country we are looking to hire EMPFs, EMTFs as well as RNs or higher mid-level providers. We pay all expenses, pay every two weeks and have one of the highest pay rates in the industry. Our paramedics average $900 per day and our Emtf‘s average just under $700 per day while our RNs and higher make $1000 plus per day. We are also offering an immediate sign on bonus as well as a referral bonus for those of you who refer someone to our company if you are interested, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you immediately as we have hit PL five. Update: we are offering $1000 bonus to REMS EMTFs and EMPFs. Which already get an additional $50 plus the $900 per day for an EMPF so that makes it $950 per day for a medic plus the $1000 sign on bonus. The EMTFs make roughly $700 plus the $50 per day plus the $1000 bonus after successful roll completion. FFT1s get an extra $2000 bonus at the end of a successful roll. We have immediate openings.

Good afternoon. As the season is quickly exceeding the availability of qualified providers we are now offering an incentive bonus to those who either refer an employee or take the assignment themselves. We are paying a $500 incentive bonus to both the person who takes and completes a 14-21 day assignment as well as the person who refers that person. The current pay is approx $900 per day for medics and $1000+ per day for mid level or advanced providers.
