The Current Owner is Wm Scott Elli who has always been a part of the local community; attending Moorestown High School, serving in the United States Marine Corps, and then attending Burlington County College. Scott started full time at Albert Ellis Inc 1973. In addition, he was appointed to the Burlington County Board of Construction Appeals and maintained a position on the board for 9 years. Sewer repipe. Had PVC from the street and ABS from the house back-pitched where they met at the curb. We tried to replace minimal ABS back toward the house and get pitch, but wound up needing to fully-replace. Didn’t realize the ABS and PVC had 4’ of Orangeburg in between going 3-1/2 feet under the street. Regardless, got her done!

All solid wall SCH40 PVC Bell & Spigot pipe-NO Cellular Core or couplings. Every section of pipe is perfectly pitched at a 1/4” per foot, AND the yard doesn’t look like a BOMB hit it.

Delicate surgery removing the leaking cast iron from this bell at the wall under the stairs. Got it all replaced with Solid Wall PVC—no Foam Core. We want the pipes we put in to last longer than we do. Pitched at a perfect 1/4" per foot and properly supported every which way you look at it.
Added proper drain setup for a new laundry tub that'll go in later.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of residential HVAC forced air systems, hydronic systems and steam systems. Responsibilities include:

-Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
-Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
-Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
-Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
-Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
