Our Customer had not known about maintaining their Tankless water heater and probably the previous owner as well. They had been having troubles with their tankless for about 12 months and finally the old one kicked the bucket after 11 years which is about 1/2 of the life of a tankless water heater. We were able to replace with Rinnai outdoor unit -at the right price! More happy customers!

This is how dirty a tankless water heater can be when it is not maintained. Most if not all Manufacturers recommend every 12 months. Not maintaining your tankless drastically shortens it’s life and all sorts of problems can happen. Let us know if you would like your tankless water heater serviced.

We love working with amazing customers. On this job we were unable to repair the water leak under the concrete driveway without tearing it up. And, so we diverted the water line around the driveway. We thrive on providing cost effective options.. Having your front yard dug up is not a pretty site, but better yet, after the work is said and done you’ll have a clean yard again..
