Last weekend we finished up a clearing and grading job for one of our clients. Now they have proper fall away from the house to ensure that they will not have any more water issues along their foundation.

This client was having water issues around their foundation as all the runoff from the top side of their property was sloping towards their house. While we are here, we are going to take down all the trees in their front yard, and some along the sides of their driveway. We will then completely re-grade the front yard and backfill the front of the house to ensure that all water stays running away from their foundation and will not pool up. After that we will Harley rake the soil to give a good base before we seed and straw. Lastly we will be regrading there existing driveway and topping it with a fresh 2 loads of quarry stone. Stay tuned for the end result!
