We recently completed the new office for the in Tupelo. The existing shell remained, so our scope of work was complete demo of the interior 5,000 square foot space, and then the renovation work to bring it back to life. New parking spaces were added, along with sealing the existing parking lot and re-striping parking spaces. Thanks to all of our vendors and trade partners for their hard work. Glad to be apart of their new building!

NEW THREE-YEAR LOW: Mortgage rates dropped this week to the lowest level since September 2022, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said.

Freddie Mac's latest Primary Mortgage Market Survey showed the average rate on the benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 6.01% from last week's reading of 6.09%. The average rate on a 30-year loan was 6.85% a year ago.

Glad to get the poured yesterday in Blue Springs. Obviously it was hot yesterdsy, so we ran a sprinkler after pouring, and all night to keep the concrete cool, in hopes of eliminating/reducing surface/shrinkage cracks. Slab looks really good this morning. It’s the little things.
