Check out this article on the Green on 14, a multifamily passive house going up in Minneapolis! Some members of our team had the opportunity to work on the design of this building. A passive home is a housing unit built to emphasize energy efficiency and comfort. The Green on 14 is the first of its kind in Minnesota.
Congratulations to everyone involved in this exciting and important project!

Developers estimate that a two-bedroom unit will incur $8 a month in energy bills compared to $163 per month for similar, conventional units elsewhere.

Our team beat the heat with some fun August family events this past week! Our Brainerd team went mini-golfing at Pirate's Cove, our Minneapolis team attended a St Paul Saints game, and our Moorhead team attended a F-M RedHawks game.
It was a great way to connect and spend time with our families in a fun environment!

A few members of our team had the opportunity to work on a project restoring a former Civil War recruiting station in Wasioja, MN! Check out the article below that MPR wrote on the recent grand reopening.

A tiny hamlet in southeastern Minnesota is home to the only surviving Civil War recruiting station in Minnesota. 165 years ago, students at a local seminary were among the first in the nation to enlist in the the Union Army.
