🚧 Saturday morning well spent! ☀️ ☕️

Joe Lomsdal & Kelsey Lomsdal (owners of Next Level Concrete Pumping & Conveying) got to spend the morning right in our hometown — knocking out a couple of awesome local projects!

Stop #1 - one of our belts pouring a new driveway in the town of Hawley.

Stop #2 - and a pump was pouring an inground pool floor in the country near Rollag.

There’s nothing better than being out in the community we grew up in, watching our team take pride in what they do, and seeing projects come to life from the ground up.

Position: Concrete Pumping/Belt Operator
Company: NEXTLEVEL Concrete Pumping & Conveying, LLC.
Location: Shop is Moorhead, MN but you will work in the FM area as well as lakes country!
Compensation: Top pay in the region. Paid healthcare, match up to 3% retirement (simple IRA) paid time off

Compensation:

🎯 Tier 1: $30–33/hr
• No prior concrete or pump/belt experience required
• Must have a minimum of a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record

🎯 Tier 2: 💰 $34–$38/hr
• Experience working in or around the concrete construction industry
• Familiarity with concrete and some knowledge of operating a concrete pump truck or Telebelt
• Must have a minimum of a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record

🎯 Tier 3: 💰 $39-$40/hr
• Extensive knowledge of concrete construction
• Fully experienced in operating a concrete pump truck and/or Telebelt
• Must have a minimum of a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record

What We’re Looking For:
• Hardworking, reliable individuals who want to grow with us
• Previous experience in construction, concrete, or heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Minimum of a valid class B CDL or Class A (we can get you certified too)

Another opportunity to do business in our hometown of Hawley! Grateful for the new partnership with Mike Moltzan at Moltzan Concrete.

We had a smashing good time pouring the concrete for the new Pickleball courts 🏓😉. Can’t wait to see the community enjoying them for years to come!

The weather finally warmed up—and just like that, the concrete world kicked into high gear!
Our concrete pumps and belts have been running non-stop, and we couldn’t be more thankful. A huge shoutout to our incredible employees, loyal customers, and supportive friends and family—your hard work and dedication mean everything to us.

We’d also like to extend a special thank you to our new customers and friends Barry Boe and his son Bradyn Boe from Boe Custom Concrete LLC. It was an honor to help out on a pump job for you. Boe Custom Concrete is based out of Hawley, MN—Joe & Kelsey Lomsdal’s hometown—which made it even more special. We’re grateful for the opportunity and look forward to working together again!
