Core value #1: Respect.
Respect for people. Respect for property. Respect for every project we take on.
We believe that how we treat others matters just as much as the work we deliver. That means showing up with professionalism, communicating clearly, and taking pride in leaving every job site better than we found it.
Whether it’s a teammate, a customer, or a community we’re working in — respect is the foundation that builds trust and lasting relationships.
Respectful — valuing people, property, and projects.
Example: Recently, Keanan's crew completed a pour in lake's country at the Battle Lake Sinclair station. It was a team effort between Camrud Foss, Christensen Construction, Westmore Construction, Gemstone Masonry, and the owners of Battle Lake Standard themselves. With very few minor bumps in the road, the gas station was able to hit their target goal of opening on the Friday of Memorial day. Without respect or our people, property, and projects-this tall task may never have been completed.
