Please always get a second opinion. even if the insurance company has sent out someone to assess your damage. second time this week. We went out to a call that was told they needed $$$$ amount of work done. Save the client so much money and time of inconvenience.

This is the story of the week. Please be aware.We were called out to give a second opinion on a water damage kitchen . The company before us, gave the client a estimate of $20,000.00. We went in to assess the damage. There was nothing that needed to be done.(Everything dried on it's own very nicely)(No Mold) We just saved the client a lot of money and headache.
