A kitchen garden should make life feel simpler, not like another thing to manage 🍓
Most problems happen before anything is even planted. Going too big too fast is how garden beds end up empty and w**d covered. For occasional gardeners, a max of four beds is a great place to begin, and more can always be added later. A little planning goes a long way too. Knowing how big a plant gets, when it’s harvested, and how much it produces helps avoid overbuying. And irrigation is the difference between “this is fun” and “this is stressful.”
