A little back breaking today, we dug 15 holes today, well I should say tat pat dug 12 and I dug 2, 2 ft X2ft wide ,2 ft deep, and it was hotter than Hattie’s out there today. Beginning of a 16x 24 screened in porch, on the back, an 8x10 covered deck on the front and a 20x30 pole barn on the back…

1400 sqft flooring job we completed this weekend 6-7-26, started on Friday and completed on Saturday, from the prep work, putting plastic on the walls for dust control, applying floor putty to some joints to needed to be filled in, the floors had some superficial to some deep scratches, we needed up doing a surface sand to it with 120 grit paper and finished with 180 grit paper, applied one coat of poly, sanded and added a 2nd coat of poly, the floors speak for themselves, let us know what you think of the floors.

There’s a special satisfaction you get when you pack everything up and the last thing that gets put in the back of the truck are the saw horses, this was a fun project that we really enjoyed doing, we will be back tomorrow to finish up a couple of small things like a doggie door and a leaky book cover on the main house, enjoy the before, during and after pics of this project,
