Black Ridge Concrete LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can take ownership of projects, lead when needed, operate equipment, and produce quality work.

Requirements:
✔ Concrete construction experience required
✔ Ability to form, pour, finish, tear out, and replace concrete
✔ Experience setting forms for sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, and foundations
✔ Ability to read grades and use grade stakes/string lines
✔ Experience operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:
* Forming and preparing concrete projects
* Tear-out and replacement work
* Site preparation and grading
* Setting and stripping forms
* Pouring, screeding, and finishing concrete
* Operating equipment safely and efficiently
* Working directly with homeowners and contractors
* Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
* Helping train and lead crew members when needed

Compensation:
💰 Pay DOE (Depends on Experience)
