This renovation made a big impact on a small space. This bathroom was a total redo. For the shower, I redid the subfloor, added cement backer board, and new modern tile. We found perfect scaled down toilet and vanity on Wayfair. The finished ensuite was more functional and modern.

Deanna and I did a house flip last summer. Finally posting some pics from the kitchen. I wish I had a better before image. I ripped out some awkward cabinets. We managed to reuse some of the cabinets, since they were solid wood and in good shape. We added a nice countertop, new hardware, and reconfigured the layout to make the space easier to use. More to come later.

Recent project doing a punch list on a client's recently purchased condo in Hendersonville. Owner had removed carpet and didn't do anything to it. Instead of re-carpeting used the pine treads underneath. Sanded, stained, and clear coat, then trimmed it out with quarter round. Saved client some money as the flooring was over $5 a square foot.
