👷‍♂️ General Laborer
🚜 Equipment Operator

📍 Based in Monongalia, Marion, Harrison, and Preston Counties.

🔨 General Laborer Duties:
• Site prep & clean-up
• Trenching & gradin
• Chainsaw and small tool operation
• Assisting operators & crew

✅ No experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

🚧 Equipment Operator Duties:
• Operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, etc.
• Site grading, clearing, utilties etc.
• Equipment checks & basic maintenance
• Following site safety & working with crew

✅ 1+ year of experience preferred
✅ Must have valid driver’s license
