💼 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
🔹 Landscape Foremen
• Lead 2–5 man crews
• Run commercial installs: planting, hardscape, drainage
• Read plans, delegate tasks, manage job timelines
• Pay based on experience + bonuses
• CDL or equipment experience a plus

🔹 Landscape Laborers - No experience necessary
• Learn on the job — fast promotion path to Crew Lead
• $18–$22/hr starting based on ability
• Weekly pay + OT available

We are currently looking to fulfill the following position:

Landscape construction foreman🍃

Responsibilities:

- Be an integral team player from the planning phase all the way through ex*****on of every project.
- Work closely with Landscape Designer/project manager
- Manage Landscape construction crews through a variety of jobs and tasks.
Work diligently to bring jobs in on time and on budget.
- Understand where/how plants and hardscape should be installed.
- Understand the scope of work.
- Plan and coordinate jobs from large to small.
- Have extensive construction knowledge.
- Experience with basic and advanced heavy equipment
-knowledge of driving truck and trailer
-ability to read plans

Requirements:

- Horticultural Experience/Education is must;
Minimum of 2 years landscape construction experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Drivers licence and must be insurable.
- Background knowledge of plants and planting methods critical.
- Bi-lingual a plus
- CDL a plus
-commercial landscape experience is a plus

Position is hourly based plus overtime after 40 hours per week

Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insruance as well as Employer Match 401k. Salary will be determined post interview.

- Understand where/how plants and hardsxape should be installed.
- Understand the scope of work.

- Manage conflict swiftly and adeptly.
- Hold regular meetings with administrators and company owner to update on job progress.
- Implement our high-end landscape designs from start to finish.
- Have extensive construction knowledge.
- Experience with basic and advanced project management processes and methods.

Requirements:

- Horticultural Experience/Education is must;
Minimum of 2 years landscape construction experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Drivers licence and must be insurable.
