Diving into the blood type diet. I’m type O+ with Berber ancestry. Char grilled preserved yellowfin tuna, with Sri Lankan curry grilled asparagus (marinated in the oil which preserved the fish and the sun dried tomatoes and olives). I then sauteed the diced tomatoes and olives with rice noodles drizzled with sesame oil, and slid them onto a plate. This is heaven.
