Two days ago civil summons where delivered to the Mon county comissions office, sheriff Al Kusner and deputy Gibat. Yesterday my truck was given back to my business after being illegally seized by deputy Gibat. 7 weeks ago deputy Gibat came to my private residence on private property and illegally seized one of my trucks with no court order warrant or due process what so ever. Deputy gibat repeatedly tried to coerse me to implicate myself and or people who worked for me in an accident that didn't happen. Because I had knowledge or information about the incident in question deputy gibat refused to release my truck or even my hand tools in the truck to me. Had I not hired a layer namely Gerad Moore and filed a law suit or I still would not have my truck but after last weekends snow I lost almost all of my snow removal contracts and may lose my business. Gerad Moore is a great man and.lawyer and had it not been for his actions and help I still would not have my truck. Even though my truck was illegally seized I had to pay almost 600 dollars for tow bills and storage and as I said before am close to if not already am out of business. We have no capital left to run the company with what we lost over this ordeal and as of yet the Mon county sheriff's dept has yet to offer to reinburse my business for their wrong doing. I write this for two reasons. 1. We desperately need work to continue to operate so please anyone in need of snow removal retaining walls or any and all outdoor services please contact Brian Young at 304-502-3348 and 2, Be warned residents of Mon county this could happen to you. Our justice system is curupt and some cops in this town think they are above the law and apparently not held to the same standards as private residents although techniqly this is not true it is our current reality. Its a travesty of justice and come election day I believe it would be a travisdy if Sheriff Al Kisner was to be 're elected to continue to let some of his deputy's make a mockery of our legal system. If you or I would go to deputy gibats home and steal his vehicle causing him to lose his job and causing him to go in dept and unravel his life we would-be put in jail for years but because deputy gibat has a badge he can do as he pleases without punishment or ramifications under the rule of our duly elected Sheriff Al Kisner. This is my personal opinion on the sheriff's department and what I have told you above that happened to me our facts. Any donations, grants, and charity would be greatly appreciated to help hire a civil rights lawyer to sue the sheriff's dept for my business contracts and to help pay attorney fees and bills we so desperately need taken care of. (My intentions for writing the above statements are not to generate charity although at this point we would be greatful for any help and or support. They are to inform and make aware to the public the actions and consequences of my business dealings with our justice system in the great state of West. Virginia and namely the Monongahlia sheriff's department. Because the head Sheriff Al Kisner is the duly elected official in charge of inforcing policy he is responsible for the actions of the deputy's that work under him. Please remember that most officers of the law are great integretable honest respectful good men and women whom serve and protect the good people of our great city and moreover should be treated as such with the up most respect and gratitude for putting their lives on the line and protecting the people day in and out and I want to say thank you to the men and women in uniform whom are. But beware there are a few who pervert the laws our rights and the constitution of West Virginia and the Great county we call home.
