TOLM Group is incredibly proud to congratulate our Care Director, Dusty Norris, on receiving the Strong Foundations. Strong Future. Award from the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) national convention in Reno last week.

Dusty’s accomplishments and leadership speak for themselves, but what truly makes her special is the way she invests in people. Whether she’s giving her time, sharing her knowledge, creating opportunities, supporting scholarships and workforce development, or encouraging women in construction to recognize what’s possible for their futures, Dusty leads with a genuine heart for others.

That same passion is something we are fortunate to see every day at TOLM Group. As our Care Director, Dusty is a tremendous resource and advocate for our clients, employees and their families, always looking for ways to support, encourage, and care for the people around her.

Today, we’re celebrating Wayden Copeland and 5 years with TOLM Group!

Over the past five years, Wayden has shown what growth, hard work, and commitment can look like at TOLM. Starting his journey in the field, he gained valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the work that goes into every project. Today, he brings that experience into the office as an Assistant Project Manager, helping support projects from a whole new perspective.

Wayden’s transition from the field to project management reflects his willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continue growing within the company. His experience on both sides of the operation brings valuable insight to the team and helps connect what happens in the office with what happens in the field.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Cameron Lane’s 5-year anniversary with TOLM Group!

Over the past five years, Cameron has been a valued part of the TOLM team, bringing dedication, hard work, and a strong commitment to every project he has been part of. His contributions to major projects, including the Gravel Ridge Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Lake Ouachita Water Treatment Plant, have helped strengthen critical infrastructure and support the communities we serve.

With more than three decades of experience in water and wastewater construction, Jeff brings extensive knowledge of field operations, quality control, and client relations—along with a reputation for hands-on leadership, humility, integrity, and building trusted relationships.
