This beautiful Trex Company deck in Parsippany was finished just before the fall fire pit season! The deck itself is a transcend vintage lantern color with transcend railings with cocktail rail. We also added a new Andersen Windows + Doors 400 series patio door as the cherry on top! Thanks to Warp 10 Productions, LLC for the amazing pictures, as always!

This gorgeous bathroom and functional laundry room are finished in Morristown and they are simply STUNNING!

With luxurious tile from the Wayne Tile Company, bathroom fixtures from the F.W. Webb Company, custom shower glass by All Class Glass, bathroom stone from Tri-State Stone & Tile Inc., cabinets and counters by Special Additions Inc. Kitchen Bath and Home Cabinetry, and flooring throughout by TLV Flooring Solutions, this renovation is complete!

Good things come to those who wait, and these clients are glad they waited! With a series of projects that started back in December of 2020, these repeat clients had big plans in mind and made the right decision to use Tandem Contracting.

This first floor renovation included a full gut from floors to ceiling, and everything in between! A second Andersen Windows + Doors sliding door was added to the dining area to access their new Trex Company deck, a wall was partially removed to open up the kitchen to the dining area without losing any storage space. The eat in kitchen was transformed into a casual sitting room with a new fireplace insert, new TV and storage island to create some space from the basement stairway.

Floors were refinished throughout the first floor along with added wainscoting, molding, and a new color palette.

As usual, our premier vendors excelled and helped with some ideas along the way. Thanks to Special Additions Inc. Kitchen Bath and Home Cabinetry, K2 Electric, LLC, TLV Flooring Solutions, and Tri-State Stone & Tile Inc. for coming through as always with exceptional work!
