When painting, it's always helpful to lay out your finish schedule on the walls. This helps get your orientation and ensures the right paints are applied along the way. After the primer or initial coat goes on the walls, we will switch to masking tape with this information instead of writing on the physical wall.

As contractors, we often deal with repairs. We spend a lot of time fixing something that's been damaged, built incorrectly, or not properly managed and is now in shambles.

Every once in a while, it's nice to stumble across something truly magnificent. This safe is over 100 years old, still functions like brand new, and those details are immaculate!

We also learned that the general rule of thumb for safe doors is that every inch of thickness equates to roughly 1,000lbs. That makes this door over 7,000lbs and hand crafted.
