We were able to work with the homeowners insurance carrier to get coverage to rebuild the chimney with new exhaust ventilation and siding.

Older tile roofs were not required to be nailed down by code. This allows them to be damaged during high wind events.

We currently install our roofs to the high wind code standards. That requires 1 screw or 2 nails per tile along with wind clips in certain areas of the roof.

Product warranties are only as good as the papertrail.

This roofs warranty was not transferred correctly and it sustained hail damage.

This recycled tire roof product was damaged by hail and required replacement.

Working with engineers to confirm damage, we were able to get full approval by the homeowners insurance carrier.
