Cartmell Roofing LLC Small residential and commercial roofing company. For those of you who do not know me. Today i am still dedicated to absolute quality of workmanship.

I started in the roofing industry the year i turned 18, that was 15 years ago. Dale Evans was the great man who taught me and the rest of our family the value of a good trade and the value of workmanship. That shouldn't be a big deal but i find every day that it is. The majority of roofing companies today use subcontract crews to turn work as fast as possible, I have zero interest in this type of

roofing company. My vision is very different. I do every roof myself. Through the years I will add employees and eventually they are going to run jobs but not until they have been personally trained by myself. I understand that i will not be able to compete with other roofing companies on quantity because of this. I am willing to accept this so that i can produce the highest quality roofing systems possible.
