We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Assistant who’s ready to be side-by-side with us in the field.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be riding along while we knock doors, generate leads, and visiting active job sites to capture real, unfiltered content. Think of this as a right-hand role on the marketing side, not just someone posting from home.
What you’ll be doing:
• Riding along during door knocking & lead generation days
• Capturing raw, real-time content (video/photo) in the field
• Visiting job sites to document progress, before/after, and installs
• Editing and posting high-quality reels, posts, and stories
• Helping keep content organized and consistent
• Being proactive — seeing content opportunities without being told
💼 Position Type: 1099 Contractor
💰 Compensation: hourly + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities
