Another landscape transformation completed by CJ’s Lawn Care & Landscaping, LLC

This project started with overgrown flower beds that needed some attention. Our team thoroughly cleaned and removed weeds from all landscape beds, redefined the bed edges for a crisp, clean appearance, and installed 35 yards of premium Pine Bark Nugget mulch to refresh the entire property.

Around the pool area, we utilized the existing 3”-5” decorative rock as a natural border and backfilled with smooth 3/4”-1 1/2” river rock, creating a clean, polished look while improving functionality and drainage.

The result is a refreshed landscape with enhanced curb appeal, defined bed lines, and a beautiful poolside finish that the homeowner can enjoy for years to come.

This property had several bare spots throughout a newer sod installation, so instead of replacing sections of sod, we recommended a cost effective solution.

A customer contacted us after having several trees removed and stumps ground, leaving behind large amounts of wood chips and uneven areas throughout the yard.

We came in with heavy equipment, removed all remaining wood chips, and excavated approximately 2–3 inches below the existing grade to ensure a proper foundation for new growth. After that, we brought in fresh topsoil, professionally graded the area, applied seed and fertilizer, and finished everything off with straw blanket for erosion control and healthy germination.

• Brought in fresh topsoil
• Leveled it out with light grading
• Seeded with shade-tolerant grass (this area gets little sun)
• Applied fertilizer for strong growth
• Locked it all in with a straw blanket

Typical start time 7am (meet at shop). Water/Gatorade provided.

Job Responsibilities:
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing properties
• Assisting with seasonal cleanups and landscape maintenance
• Operating lawn equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring customer properties are left clean and professional in appearance

Requirements:
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Previous lawn care experience preferred, but not required.
• Must wear proper PPE provided

Pay: $16–$25 per hour
