Sinuosity: Flowing Trails

We’re enjoying blurring the line between hand built features, nice loam lines, and machine built flow on a new trail network at Fletcher Farm in Ludlow, VT for Vermont Mountain Bike Association chapter Okemo Valley Trails. It’s our favorite style to build and ride, so we’re grateful to have opportunities to build in this way. We’re using this approach on our other projects in southern VT and Rhode Island as well. Looks like a rad season of hybrid builds!

We’re back after a few weeks of volunteer trail work and riding in Mascota, Mexico. It’s as beautiful as ever, though a little more exciting this time. See more of the story on Brooke’s Instagram page.

Regional trail builder and his friend took the long way there from the ocean and we got to spend a day on the trails. Peter Boccaccio Parker showed us more of the potential routes in his elaborate trail network and we did some finish work on a trail he’s building. Golo Zovic brought us to one of the best raicilla distilleries in Jalisco and we partied with our friends from CO. We always want to spend more time and there’s plenty of good work to be done. It’s nice to help a little and we’ll be back next year. ✌️❤️🇲🇽

We’re heading to Echo Lake Rhode Island this spring to build a new trail network for RI NEMBA!

The new six-mile trail system at Echo Lake will bring berms, jumps, and gravity-focused riding to Rhode Island—a region where riders currently drive two hours just to find flow.
