We are incredibly proud to shine a light on someone very special to our ProCraft family.

Our GM, Damaro, is not only a dedicated leader on our team, but also a pastor at Bright Hope Baptist Church, a cornerstone of the Louisa County community since 1882. This past Saturday, the church was honored with a placard recognizing its place on the National Register of Historic Places, and what an incredible and well deserved moment it was.

Founded by freedmen and freedwomen during the Reconstruction era, Bright Hope Baptist Church has stood for generations as more than just a place of worship. It has been a place of education, fellowship, support, and strength. From teaching Black youth to opening its doors during times of need, providing meals, and hosting powerful revival gatherings, its impact runs deep.

This kind of history, leadership, and heart is exactly what makes Damaro who he is. We are beyond honored to have him as part of our team.

With leaders like him, we know our community is in good hands ❤️

Steven is truly one of the nicest and most caring people you will ever meet. He is compassionate, takes pride in his work, pays close attention to detail, and consistently delivers outstanding service to our customers. He is also an absolute pleasure to work with and a valued part of our team.

We couldn’t close out our week without giving a very special birthday shoutout to our Charlotte GM, Damaro! 🎉
Earlier this week, he celebrated another year, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible leader and man that he is. Damaro leads with strength, integrity, and heart. He cares deeply about his team, his family, his friends, and most of all, his faith.
His leadership goes far beyond the office. He pours into people, sets the standard high, and inspires those around him daily. We are so extremely blessed to have him as part of our ProCraft family.

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone at ProCraft Restoration Group — our VP in Alabama, Paul, on his ONE YEAR work anniversary! 🎉

From the moment Paul walked through our doors, we knew he was different. A true leader does not always have to be the loudest voice in the room and Paul proves that daily. He leads with consistency, discipline, and quiet confidence. He follows through. He does what he says he is going to do. And he holds the standard high, first for himself, then for everyone around him.

Paul embodies grit. The ability to see the big picture while still caring deeply about the small details. He pours into his team, shows up for his community, and above all, prioritizes his family. That balance of strength and encouragement is rare and we do not take it for granted.

❄️⛄ ProCraft Snowman Challenge Winner! ⛄❄️

Even during the storm, our ProCraft Restoration family knows how to make the best of it! While our team has been working hard to help our community stay safe and taken care of, we also made time for something just as important — family.

We challenged our team to a Snowman Challenge, and WOW did they deliver! Creativity, teamwork, and a whole lot of snow went into these frosty masterpieces (check out the photos! 📸).

🏆 A big congratulations to Sam and his family for building our WINNING snowman! Amazing job — you definitely brought the fun and the frosty flair!

He is the best kind of husband, father, son, friend and boss you could ask for, and his winning personality paired with the his go-get-‘em attitude inspires everyone around him daily.
