FERTILIZATION & LIME!
Southern Tree & Landscaping is offering Starter Fertilizer and Lime for $29.95 each for up to 3,000 SF. to go with your aeration and seeding application. It is a good idea to have Starter Fertilizer installed to feed your newly seeded and existing yard. Without it your results can vary, and your yard will not be as strong and healthy as you would like. Lime is beneficial in that it will balance your pH in the soil line making your turf areas healthier and stronger with time. Additional rates apply for anything over 3,000 SF. Ask for details.
