Here’s a recent project to get a unit super nice for the next tenant. New waterproof flooring in every room, new paint throughout, new heavy duty front door, updated bathroom vanity and sink, and some overall TLC.

How to fill a gap to make waterproof!

*Tape off area for clean lines
*fill with foam
*cut extra foam away once it dries
*add caulking over the top of foam
*pull tape while caulking is still wet
*done!

We still need to finish the paint on Monday but the transformation on this fire damaged trash bin storage area has been amazing! A house guest put ashes in a trash can that were not fully put out. The damage could have been so much worse. They were lucky it was pretty well contained. Coastal Handyman to the rescue!
