A great day for a roof replacement.
This roof was originally installed in 2018 and is already experiencing failure due to an improper nailing pattern. As a result, shingles have been unable to withstand normal wind conditions and have continued to detach over time.
Our team is removing the existing roofing system and installing a complete Owens Corning system. This includes enhanced ice and water protection at eaves, valleys, penetrations, and flashings, along with synthetic underlayment and an improved ventilation system to ensure long-term performance.
We also want to emphasize an important point for homeowners: in many cases, roofing companies subcontract their work. These crews are often paid per job, which can lead to rushed installations and critical shortcuts—like improper nailing—that compromise the integrity of the roof. Unfortunately, issues caused by poor workmanship are typically not covered by insurance.
If you’re looking for a reliable, local team that prioritizes quality and accountability, we’re here to help. We take pride in doing the job right the first time.
