Praying y'all are all having a good evening,
We've been inundated with calls, understandably, over this past week and a half. Please be assured that we're getting to each one of you in order to which you've called and will perform storm related damage remediation in an order of need, not want. If you were in their shoes, We're sure you would agree. Some calls, We've referred to, more than competent, contractors as we're unable to service all calls in timely fashion. We will, however, follow up to ensure each referral is taking care of each of you accordingly, or find other means. Please be aware insurance companies have procedures and approvals that must be met as well as the backlog of, existing, work that was scheduled prior to this natural disaster that has rocked our region. We're postponing what we can, to prioritize immediate needs, however long term repeat customers do receive preferential accommodations, within reason. (As they are understanding of the circumstances also). Thank you to all the linemen, first responders, and fair priced tree surgeons in the area for your hard work. During Idelia, customers were charged 38k for 1 tree and 17.5k for 3trees at separate locations. During this current storm, one customer received a quote for 27k to remove one tree, where a competing service charged 1k plus $50 for every additional standing tree that was desired to be removed. We implore each of you to get multiple bids concerning removal. Tarping is averaging $1/sqft from what we've gathered. Please feel free to call us at 229-460-1632. If we cannot get to you, we have plenty of competitors, who charge reasonable prices, who can. May God continue to cover each of y'all in His grace and grant y'all his provisions during this trying time. Everyone affected is in our thoughts and prayers and we thank y'all for your patience.
