There may or may not be more snow by the end of the month, but right now is the time to put down some pre-emergent fertilizer on your lawn and get those spring clean ups complete.

With cool temperatures forecast for most of September we will be starting to aerate, seed, and fertilize a little bit sooner than normal. We are going to be starting right after Labor Day. Make sure you call to get on the schedule as soon as possible.

The summer heat is finally here and is not going away anytime soon. Keep your lawn healthy by watering it a good 1 inch or more early in the morning every 3 days or so. Also raise the blades to over 4 inches when you cut. Keeping it longer will prevent unwanted stress.
