Over the last 2 weeks we have had an influx of calls concerning fawns . If you come across a fawn by itself please leave it alone . The mother left the fawn in that particular location to help protect it.

Great information below, give it a read ! Pass along to a neighbor or friend.

🦌 Please Leave Fawns Alone ❌
Each year well meaning people come across a sight like this and think something is wrong. This is completely normal behavior for a deer fawn, and human intervention is unnecessary.
⭐ The More You Know 🌈
⏺️ Fawns are born nearly scentless (so predators cannot find them easily). They also have spots that serve as camouflage and are able to stand soon after being born, but as a protective tactic will remain hidden.
⏺️ It is common for female deer in urban areas to place fawns around homes, backyards, or flower beds. The mother placed it there because she felt it would be safe (often intentionally near humans).
⏺️ To protect her fawn, the mother will spend very little time with it. This is to prevent attracting predators to the fawn’s location. She will leave her fawn in various hiding places for long periods of time, returning several times a day to nurse it. By staying away, the mother is protecting it.
⏺️ Fawns will begin following their mothers at four weeks old. When they are two months old, fawns are able to forage for themselves and are completely weaned from their mother.

No guessing here ! A customer gave us a call stating they were hearing scrambling in the wall and had a hard time figuring out where it was coming from . After a quick inspection we located exactly where the animal was using a thermal imaging camera . It ended up being a squirrel that got stuck behind a wall . After a quick inspection of the attic we found an uninsulated area above the stairwell that allowed us access to remove the squirrel without having to cut a hole in the wall . Check comments !

On Friday, May 8, 2026, we came across a mother raccoon who had recently given birth to kits. Here at Pin-Point Animal Removal, LLC, we advise homeowners to engage our eviction services before proceeding with trapping. After applying Raccoon Eviction Fluid in a light mist throughout the attic, we utilize a camera to monitor the entry point. The spray's composition includes male raccoon urine and predator glands, rendering the area inhospitable and prompting the mother to move her kits to a new location. We thought this video was interesting and wanted to share it with you. If you're experiencing issues with nuisance wildlife, you can contact us directly or send a direct message.
