An office-to-bathroom conversion here in Moscow. We opened up an office space and completely transformed it into a walk-in shower with a low-step entry and a grab bar — accessible without looking like it. Reclaimed-wood-look tile, a pebble floor, and a copper sink on a live-edge vanity give it a warm, earthy feel. Our client had a strong vision for the design of this bathroom and absolutely nailed it.

Some projects you don't really see until the roof comes off.

This detached garage had a roof structure at the end of its rope, so we opened it up, cleared out the old framing and insulation, and set a full run of new engineered trusses.

Engineered trusses do a lot of quiet work — they carry the loads the way they're designed to, tie the walls together, and give us clean, consistent bays to sheath and roof over. From here it's roof deck, then dry-in, then the finish work on the soffit, fascia, and garage door.

Not the glamorous part of a remodel, but it's the part everything else leans on.

The dark teal vanity is what makes this one.

For a primary bath remodel, we painted the custom double vanity in Sherwin-Williams "Blue Peacock," topped it with white quartz, and dropped in deep teal undermount sinks under matte black widespread faucets. It's a color that takes a little nerve up front and pays it back every morning.

The walk-in shower is wrapped in a marble-look picket tile with a darker mosaic band running down the wet wall, a tiled niche, black trim throughout, and a frameless glass door so the room still reads open and bright. Warm wood-look flooring keeps it easy underfoot.

Full credit to homeowners who sat with their selections and trusted the plan — that's how a bathroom ends up looking like nobody else's. 🍒

We're so pleased with how this deck and railing turned out! This beautiful place sits up on the Palouse with one of those views you don't get tired of: wheat fields rolling straight out to the hills. The raised deck had done its time, so we took it down to the structure, rebuilt the framing to stand solid, and topped it with low-maintenance composite decking and a clean white railing.

Composite was the right call here. Up off the ground and open to the weather, a wood deck means sanding and staining every year or two.

If your deck is getting soft underfoot or just looking tired, we're always glad to come take a look before it turns into a bigger job.
