Osprey Exterior Renovations LLC s is a year round renovation company that specializes in roofing, siding, and decks. We are located in Moscow, ID and serve surrounding areas. We are currently seeking to fill a foreman position. This will be a full-time, year-round position. Desirable applicants will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Overtime available. Some benefits available.
We are seeking quality minded individuals who take pride in their work, with 3-5 + years of experience required.
Position responsibilities include:
Lead roofing and/or siding crew.
Structure worker schedules, manage daily tasks, monitor quality of the job site.
Communicate with the main office to ensure project completion.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction (roofing or siding)
General product knowledge. (Shingles, Siding, Sheathing, etc.)
Possession of some tools.
Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual
Experience managing a crew
