Patio extension+ grade beam addition+ garage approach 🙏🏻

We removed a 1’ wide section of his old patio and poured new concrete strong enough to sustain a new patio overhang-allowing them to stay dry in wet weather. 🌦️
We also wrapped concrete around the front side of the shop, again with a thickened edge to sustain the weight of the overhang. 💪🏻
First thing Monday morning before the pour we had some last minute changes to extend the concrete area to go past the garage door so there was an approach into the shop.
We matched the new concrete color to the old concrete in a beautiful Gull Gray ✨

Beautiful new patio area and sidewalk extension!

This project consisted of extending the sidewalk out with a rounded corner adding more walking area matching the picture frame look then adding a new patio in replacement of the landscaping in the back yard.🏞️

There’s lots of new space for this awesome family to enjoy with a beautiful turnout✨

Beautiful colored patio poured out yesterday✨

We were called to come and pour this patio with the beautiful coral buff color and have this done before a deadline of Labor Day!🇺🇸

We squeezed this in our busy schedule and made a beautiful turnout. Thank you Jason for calling us out to get this patio finished for you!🐻🤎

Pictures we forgotten on this app one so we’ll make do with this one…

This was a very old asphalt driveway in need of serious repair. It was all busted up and falling apart so these people decided it was best to replace with concrete!🐻🤎

After busting out the bigger driveway earlier last week we were able to fit this guy in and have everything finished up by Friday as well.

Our guys after putting in serious work this year with great results and we appreciate each and every customer as we grow and strive to serve the community and our clients in the best possible way🙏🏻

Beautiful final turnout on this project✨

This is the second part to this project which was removing the old driveway and pouring all new concrete. The old driveway had a poor base below causing quick failure along with the fiber mesh not doing its job which is why we strongly believe in using rebar instead of small fibers. ❌

That said we got a great base underneath now and change water flow direction to flow striaght into the dry creek bed landscape area. Everything tuned out great and placed lots of strategic control joints to really help maintain cracking on a crazy hill⛰️

It was a true blessing to be trusted with this project and a beautiful turnout was provided🐻🤎
