Long post but as a business owner we try to manage the business, our jobs, and our personal life as best as possible. We start our day at 530 in the morning and usually don’t end until 830 to 930 PM. With that being said we are scheduled out for the next 2 weeks. We can’t just drop an appt or cancel a job! Yes this may be an inconvenience, but we try to make every effort to make it work!If you have had a new system installed within the last 3 years since we have had the business thank you for your trust in us and the process! We try to make every customer happy! But we know that won’t always be the case, because some customers just know better than us. So when we give recommendations or say something needs to be done so the system will work properly, if you don’t do something, and then the system isn’t working properly, please don’t be upset at us!

If you have pets, make sure you changing your filter minimum 1 a month, more if you have animals that shed a lot! You need to do a maintenance atleast 1 a year! This insures your coils are clean, your drain is clear, and air flow/ Freon is correct.

Units have a 5 year warranty unless you register the system, it then gives it a 10 year PARTS warranty. I allow the customer to do this. And it’s always explained after install. Labor is only 90 days

After the first year from the original install date. Any company can do the warranty. Because either way you will be charged a service call!!!!

We would like to thank you for all of our customers who were patient while our truck was out. We now have a new motor, alternator. And water pump.

We are sorry it has taken so long, but parts were on back order. And the shop couldn’t handle that. Now we have the truck restocked, and tools loaded up, ready to help your needs.

Our truck is down. And will be going in the shop. We will be closed for service calls until further notice/when we get it back. Thanks for your understanding. If you’re needing service I have plenty of recommendations for other companies at this time.
