Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happu New Year!!!!!!! Watch out for some wintery mix precipitation tonight.. nice dusting already. We are done with holidays for a bit so taking more appointments for Jan and February. Rumor of a discount on generators might be coming up, along with a special on extended warranties. Holiday Hours:
Our office will be closed December 24–26 for Christmas, and January 1–2, allowing our team time with their families. We will be availble for emergency calls if needed.

Although the year began slowly, we are proud to say it became our busiest years to date. As a locally owned electrical company with three full-time team members , two part-time staff members, and two service trucks currently in operation, we are well equipped to respond to electrical emergencies while continuing to meet scheduled commitments.

Had an issue with a solar array.. smoke coming from a didconect.box, and now no power coming from array...seems installers didn't properly tighten the main lugs.. we replaced the disconect and installed new breakers.

So it's been an eventful week here at S&S. Here's a couple photos of one of the repairs we got called out on. I Suspect the factory might not have gotten a screw torqued correctly. Cleaned it uo and spliced it.. replace thermostat.. Good as new.
