📣🚨❄️ message about up coming storm

If you haven’t been paying attention to the weather, we are set to get one
of the largest snowfalls we’ve ever had over the next handful of days.
24” of snow from about noon Tuesday to roughly noon Thursday. The most is
supposed to fall between Wednesday and Thursday.

We will be doing our best to make multiple rounds through the parking lots and sidewalks but with this much snow, it’s going to look like we haven’t been onsite
within 2 hours of us leaving.

We are bringing in extra people, but as everyone knows, what may
start out as exuberance and excitement to clear snow, can quickly change and
people walk off, quit or simply don’t show to begin once they realize how
much snow there is.

But we will be doing our best. Residents will struggle with getting in
and out of the parking lot (and most roads) over the next few days while we
make our rounds through the properties.

Please understand that while we put long hours in to service our properties, very few people can work for 72 hours or more without stopping.
