This old fountain had seen better days. It was becoming a mosquito haven and a hazard for small children. We demolished it and put a paver patio in its place!

This customer’s backyard was constantly flooded causing a muddy backyard and water leaking into the basement. We demolished the old block wall, installed a 30’ long retaining wall, and created a dry bed that drains into a grate, keeping the property and basement dry! We also ripped out the old blocks up top and installed blocks to help slow the water coming down the backyard and finished the landscaping with pine needles. A sturdy new 6x8 porch and slab step. The old porch was way out of date and completely rotten! We demoed the old entrance, rebuilt the deck and stairs, and poured a new slab for the bottom step.

Channel drain install! This was done in a breezeway between two buildings. Heavy rains were running between the two buildings and underneath the doors causing wet carpet, mold, and possible foundation issues. We removed the asphalt, installed the drain in concrete, and ran a drain field out to a dry bed of washed gravel where the water can seep back into the ground.
