This time, we’re proud to feature Tia Moore, a Safety Technician who has been with Keller since September 2025.👏
Throughout her time at Keller, Tia conducts routine job-site audits to proactively identify hazards and ensure strict adherence to established safety protocols. She verifies compliance with OSHA standards, supports incident investigations, and helps implement safety programs that promote a safe and secure work environment. She has been getting to know everyone here at Keller, seeing how things work, and where she can assist in maintaining the safety culture here. ✨
Before joining Keller, Tia spent three years with MMR Construction as an Electrician Apprentice and previously served as a Safety Technician at Universal Plant Services for two years. Her diverse field experience and strong safety background make her a valuable asset, and we’re proud to have her as part of the Keller team.
When asked about her favorite part of being on the Keller team, Tia shared that she enjoys that the Keller team is deeply rooted and family-oriented. From the Laborers all the way up to the President and owner, she feels like she can speak with them on a personal level. 🎉
Outside of work, Tia enjoys attending or watching sporting events, traveling, and doing puzzles.
Something many people don’t know about Tia is that she was born in Landstuhl, Germany.
