This client was wonderful to work with & had a vision in mind from the beginning! They have experience in the field themselves, so they just needed us to give them the shell & they would complete the finishes.
You may ask, what does the shell consist of? Well let me break the project down for you a bit! We were able to give this clientā¦
- all new framing and roofing for the addition
- new foundation and sub flooring
- replaced all existing windows with new
- new siding and gutters
- installed new doors
- created a vault ceiling for added height and a grander en-suite
During this project, we discovered some diamonds at the peak of the front of the house that we painted a different color to draw attention to them!
Wes was also able to make an outside entrance to the crawl space for the owners which they thought was super neat! Another unique part of this project is the inside door to the crawl space. It took some thinking on how to make everything come together but the door on hinges was the final touch! Now the owners can still use the area for storage and not lose any room!
This wasnāt just a two story addition that was built, but brought life back to the exterior of the existing 1908 house. We are so happy we could be apart of this project!
